We do not collect or store passwords, payment card data, or any special-category data (GDPR Art. 9).
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We rely on the following lawful bases under GDPR Article 6:
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — processing enquiries and quotes sent through our forms and chat, where it is reasonably expected that we will use the provided data to respond.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

- Cloudflare Turnstile — an anti-spam widget embedded in our forms. Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser signals to verify that you are human. No personal data is stored by LynBro as a result of this verification. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare CDN & DNS — our website is served through Cloudflare's network, which may process your IP address for security and performance purposes.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. International Transfers
Google Analytics may transfer data to servers outside the European Economic Area. Google LLC participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and provides Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as an appropriate safeguard. Our n8n automation server is hosted within the EU. Cloudflare operates globally; transfers are covered by SCCs.
