This page explains how to request the deletion of personal data that LynBro ApS may hold about you. This page is required by Meta (Facebook) for apps and services that process data via Facebook Login or other Meta platform integrations.
Your Right to Data Deletion
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the erasure ("right to be forgotten") of personal data we hold about you, subject to certain legal exceptions. LynBro ApS is committed to honouring these requests promptly.
What Data We May Hold About You
LynBro ApS may hold data you provided through:
- Our website contact form (name, email, phone, message).
- Our project calculator (name, email, phone, company, project details).
- Our live chat widget (conversation messages).
- Any direct email correspondence with us.
We do not store passwords, payment data, or social media account information on our systems. If you used Facebook Login or another Meta service in connection with a LynBro product or app, no personal data from that session is stored by LynBro beyond what was provided directly to us (e.g., your name and email if you filled in a form).
How to Request Data Deletion
Step-by-Step Instructions

Use the subject line:

Include in the email body:
- Your full name
- The email address you used when contacting us
- A description of what data you would like deleted (e.g., "all data from my contact form submission", "all data associated with my email address")
- Optionally, the approximate date when you submitted the form or contacted us
What Happens Next
- We will acknowledge your request by email within 5 business days.
- We will process your request and delete the relevant data within 30 days of receiving your request.
- We will send a confirmation email once the deletion has been completed, confirming what data was deleted and from which systems.
In some cases, we may need to verify your identity before processing the request to prevent unauthorised deletion of data. We may ask you to confirm the email address associated with your request or provide additional identifying information.
Exceptions
We may be required to retain certain data despite a deletion request in limited circumstances, such as:
- Data required to comply with a legal obligation under Danish or EU law.
- Data needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Data required for legitimate accounting purposes (e.g., invoice records, which must be retained for 5 years under Danish bookkeeping law).
Where we cannot fully honour a deletion request due to such exceptions, we will inform you of the specific reason and the data that must be retained.
Facebook / Meta Platform Data
If you connected to a LynBro service using Facebook Login:
- LynBro does not store your Facebook User ID, access tokens, or any Facebook profile data beyond the current session.
- To remove LynBro from your Facebook app permissions, go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites and remove LynBro from the list.
- For data stored by Meta/Facebook itself, please use Meta's own data deletion tools at Facebook's Data Deletion Request Form.
